2, there is a deviation between the three screw meshing center and the three hole center of the pump body, so that the three screw meshing in the three holes of the pump body is in a different state of misrepresentation, that is, one side of the mesh tight, one side of the mesh loose, the tight side of the mesh surface is bitten and the loose side of the leakage is significantly increased.

3, other reasons: the motor speed is not enough (because the power is not selected enough), the oil absorption is not smooth (such as the oil filter is blocked, the oil in the tank is insufficient, the air leakage of the inlet pipe, etc.). The central divergence error degree of the three holes in the pump body should be within 0.02mm, and the active screw of the pump body should be made into an upper deviation (H7), and the outer circle of the active screw is made into a lower deviation (g6), so that the cooperation gap between the active screw and the pump body hole is guaranteed to be 0.03. 0.05mm, so that the main screw in the pump body hole can be freely corrected and the meshing gap of the two driven screws to achieve symmetry, that is, there will be no tight meshing on one side and loose meshing and leakage caused by insufficient flow phenomenon.

4. The meshing gap of the conjugate tooth profile meshing line between the active screw convex head and the driven screw groove increases due to machining or use wear, which seriously affects the size of the output flow.
